 Researches have proved that certain berries like raspberries, bilberries etc., help in reduction of different types of cancers and tumors like, esophageal tumors, oral cancer, colo-rectal cancer from ranges between 7% to 64%

Adding 1-2 types of berries per day in  diet will help in reduced risk of cancer.

 

5.Olive Oil
