Some research has found that the number and size of breast cancer cells reduces by a significant number of breast cancer cells.

2.Carrots
Researches have found that eating Carrots reduces risk of certain types of cancers like Stomach Cancer, Lung Cancer, Prostrate Cancer by about 18% - 25%
By adding Carrot 2-3 times a week in your diet regularly helps in reducing the risk of cancer. You can add carrot as a snack or as a side dish will make the intake experience better.
3.Beans
Beans are high in fiber. High fiber diet/food like beans help in reducing/protecting against Colo-rectal Cancer.
Eating a few servings of Beans per week helps in increase of the fiber intake. Which inturn helps in lowering the risk of cancer.
4.Berries
Berries are well known to have anthocyanins. These are plant pigments which are rich in antioxidants, that helps in the reduced risk of cancer.
